The European Society of Pathology (ESP) is committed to high-quality education, offering a dynamic range of learning opportunities across all major areas of pathology.
In line with this commitment, we are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the European School of Pathology (EScoP) course on Breast Pathology, taking place on 5–7 November 2026 in Lisbon, Portugal.
Join this engaging 2.5-day course led by a respected Faculty:
-Zsuzsanna Varga – Institute of Pathology and Molecular Pathology, Zurich, Switzerland
-Helen Kourea – University of Patras Medical School, Patras, Greece
-Meike Körner – Pathology Länggasse, Bern-Ittigen, Switzerland
-Balazs Acs – Department of Oncology-Pathology, Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm, Sweden
This course will provide an introduction to Breast Pathology, focusing on breast neoplasms and covering the most common types of breast cancer, including their classification and key morphological, immunohistochemical, and molecular features. A major part of the programme will consist of real-life case examples presented through slide seminars.
Attending this onsite course also offers the opportunity to connect with colleagues in the field and supports professional networking.
The course is open to both board-certified pathologists and those in training.
