Dear Pannonia Friends and Colleagues, 

as you know the pandemic situation in Slovakia and Europe as well (in spite of the starting vaccination programs)  does not allow to organize the postponed 6th Pannonia congress of Pathology (postponed from May 2020) in May (or in the second half of) 2021 in Slovakia. 

The representatives of all the 6 national societies of pathology in Pannonia countries agreed that the 6th Pannonia congress of Pathology will be organized by the Slovak Society of Pathology and the Slovak Division of the IAP on May 18-21, 2022 in originally proposed venue – Jasná Valley, Low Tatras, Slovakia, with the main topics Hematopathology and Pathology of the hepatobilliary tract.  

The 7th PCP congress will be organized in 2024 by the Austrian Society. 

It is a great honour for all of us and personally for me to continue. At the same moment I would like to ask you and all members of your societies to continue with the support  of the 6th PCP.

We all hope that the COVID-19 pandemic situation will be powered during this year and that in 2022 all the live congress activities will be again possible.

A COVID-19 járvány miatt a 6. Pannonia Congress of Pathology az idén sem tartható meg biztonságosan a tervezett májusi időpontban.

Az újabb döntés értelmében a 6. Pannonia Congress of Pathology 2022. május 18-21-én, az eredetileg tervezett helyszínen (Jasna, Szlovákia) kerül megrendezésre. A kongresszus honlapja: https://www.pannonia2020.com/
