Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the organizing team and speakers, it is a great pleasure and privilege to invite you to attend our upcoming short course in surgical pathology, which is to be held in Budapest, between the 8th and 9th of June 2018. at the 1st. Department of Pathology and Experimental Cancer Research, Semmelweis University.

This course is going to be the third after successful events held in 2014. and 2016. with almost a hundred participants from all over Europe.

The course has been granted with 10 credit points for members of the Hungarian MEdical Chamber!

In 2018 Eduardo Calonje (London) and Boštjan Luzar (Ljubljana), editors of the widely known and used McKee's Pathology of the Skin will join us and deliver cases on selected issues in skin pathology. The course is intended for residents and board certified pathologists as well.

For this year we have decided to make the course even more practical than ever before! Our invited speakers will present their cases and instead of lectures the selected topics will be discussed via multiple cases using digital slides only!

We encourage all of you to bring your own cases too, even those where you are still searching for a diagnosis and would like to discuss it with our faculty and your international colleagues in the course! I am sure that your participation will greatly contribute to the success of this event and I hope you enjoy your stay with us.
